Investing in the Future Workforce

In September, Georgia Power's Workforce Development and Power Delivery teams spent two days with Georgia Northwestern Technical College students in the Electrical Lineworker Apprentice Certification (ELAC) program preparing them to be workforce ready. Students, who participated in interactive sessions on resume writing and CAST prep, expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to receive additional training in areas that prepare them for successful careers.
